and sleazy Spanish letharios [her words not mine!]

So we got into a deep and meaningful discussion about what people really
want and The Big Lie - that we've been sold the idea that we should buy
things, when what we really want is experiences. I asked her 4 short
questions, and she gladly paid for lunch in return! But it left us both
wondering, and that's where you come in...

I think I'm right about the experience vs. things idea - and I need you

Running In Traffic

Last night Cheryl & I went to the Glasgow Film Theatre to see the cast & crew screening of the new independent film "Running In Traffic" starring, directed and written by my good friend and BAFTA winner Bryan Larkin.

The stamina, passion and endurance Bryan has displayed promoting, driving and holding the vision for this film has been both admirable and quite frankly unnerving at times!

Little did I realise that it was quite so autobiographical - you get sucked in immediately to this intense tale of coincidence, money, death, synchronicity, and friendship. The tension builds as these two people go through a desperate series of events...and the rest you'll have to watch for yourself.

The film is dedicated to Bryan's Dad who passed away while the film was being made. Then Cheryl & I realised that our first "date" was at the Glasgow Film Theatre shortly after my Dad died. Coincidence?

That's Happy Chinese New Year! 2009 is the year of the Ox in the Chinese calendar.

Now what has this to do with you, other than being of mild curiousity? The thing that you might not know about me is that long before I was known as "the NLP + HGE guy", my work was mainly around Feng Shui. That's right, your wee friend Shooey. The Chinese art of placement and environment.

What Do People Think About You?

Naughty [but nice] fat burning technique

Something weird was happening at my gym...

Three weeks ago, there was this guy, Dave, who joined and looked
like he had about a good 100 lbs or so to lose.
