Spare a thought for Jim and Jo

I just wanted you to know that my friend and client Jim O'Grady, whom some of you know from Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, was involved in a serious car accident near Dumfries on Wednesday Dec 20th. He is in intensive care, more as a precautionary measure, but his carer Jo, and her sister who was also in the car, both lost their lives. Many of you knew Jo too, because she devoted her time to always being by Jim's side and caring for him in every way possible.

I'd like to ask you to spare some thoughts and good wishes for them all, and let's focus on Jim recovering quickly and easily. He's a fighter, and as stubborn as an ox, so lets hope that gives him an advantage in his recovery.

The first thing that came to mind when I got the news was the book "When Bad Things Happen To Good People" by Rabbi Kushner.

What I'm feeling right now is hard to put into words. I keep hearing the word "wrong". And so close to Christmas too - apparently they were on their way to Jim's sister's 80th birthday party.

So whatever you're doing over Christmas and New Year, spare a minute or two to send them all some positive energy.

Thank you
