Why people still run boring virtual meetings?

Unbelievably, I think a lot of people haven’t learned from Covid and lockdown…

It’s been three and a half years for god’s sake and I’m still seeing boring presentations, death by PowerPoint, having to stare up people’s nostrils and they still can’t get the technology right

They still believe things like:

  • "It has to be perfect before I can share it."
  • "I’m not tech-savvy enough to create professional presentations."
  • "I need to include everything I know to provide value."

And if you approach online meetings that way, those beliefs might feel true.

Why?

Because thinking like that almost always:

  • Delays progress, increases stress, and often results in missed opportunities to connect with your audience.
  • Limits creativity and leads to outdated, less engaging presentations that fail to capture attention.
  • Overloading your presentation with information overwhelms your audience and dilutes your core message, making it less impactful.

But what if you took a different approach?

Instead of reading off your slides you focused on the slides backing up your words.

For example, last night I was on a virtual webinar that started 10 minutes later than billed, the guest speaker had to repeatedly ask the organiser to move her slides on for her, and the organiser’s presentation was dull dull dull.

One of my clients was a guest on that call and she’s been using my 15 Minute Workshop Wizard method instead. Instead of following the crowd and boring people with stats, she started with a promise…

Here’s what happened:

  1. Within the first five minutes she had everyone’s rapt attention deep in a relevant story
  2. No boring stick men clipart from the 1990’s
  3. And with 10 new prospects booking an appointment to potentially do business with her.

Now, drill this through your head:

You can get AI to create a killer presentation with full-colour slides in under 15 minutes

Think about it: if you’re doing this right, you’re not being a vanilla “also ran” presenter.

Instead, you’re someone who educates, entertains and inspires action.

Plain and simple, the way you approach your virtual presentations/webinars/livestream will decide if they ever come back for another one.

I can’t think of a single thought leader who’s become fully booked by being boring.

So if like me, you’ve got more to do than time to do it and you’re ready to up the standard of your online presentations

You can save hours of time and wow your audience with thought-provoking events

Here’s the thing: I’ve been working on something to help you do just that.

Where together, we’ll show you how to use FREE AI tools to craft a well-rounded, fascinating presentation with full-colour slides in 15 minutes or less.

But I’ll warn you—because the date is set, spots will be limited and go quickly.

P.S. I know one concern might be “Will it still sound like me?” Here’s the thing: you can edit it and inject your own personality, tell your own stories, use your own images, but the heavy lifting is all done for you automagically saving you HOURS of time.
