NLP training [RESULTS] need some help?

Hope you're enjoying your weekend!  I have.  Spent 2 days eating good food and watching good movies with the family.  Managed to break my workaholic habit :-)

It's funny how people think change takes time.

I've been asked to prove that brief therapy techniques like NLP and EFT can actually change people in minutes not years.

Lets me demonstrate the same tools that Tony Robbins and Paul McKenna use live on stage.

Imagine you discover that your unconscious programming is keeping you stuck.  Or you keep self sabotaging yourself, and you wish you crack it and become more successful.  What if you really could change all of that overnight?

Well you can, and here's the proof:

Some very cool shifts happening there.

Enjoy the training and the week ahead.

Jonathan

P.S. There's still time to take part on our next course - starts Saturday 13th December.

How To Choose An NLP Practitioner Course

Let me start by asking you a question - Have you ever been on the verge of making an important investment, and you’re gathering all the information you need so you can make the right decision?

Well, if you watched my last video, you’re thinking about getting into this thing called NLP, and you’re probably shopping around for the best package. There's so much to consider though, isn’t there?  “I wonder How long it takes? How much will it cost?  What qualification do I get at the end of it?,Is there any support offered after the course has finished & I’m back home?, is there any kind of money back guarantee, will it be a nice venue...?
Ahh!  So many questions running through your mind.  And I once felt the same confusion.  So let’s make this really easy for you shall we?

Training NLP Presentation Skills Unpacked By Jonathan Clark

A couple of weekends ago I was fortunate enough to present my "Stand & Deliver - Safely be Yourself In Front Of An Audience" training at Catterick Garrison in Yorkshire.

Now I decided to film the first 15 minutes to put myself to the test.

I wanted to see just how many of the 15 presentation skills that I teach on that training I was actually using myself - kind of proving it to myself, and to keep me on my toes.

Watching it back, it was fun to unpack the first 15 minutes blow-by-blow, and spot the different NLP training elements as I used them.

Hope you find this useful, and moderately amusing :-)

Jonathan

P.S. I've also given myself some feedback on how to make it even better next time...

Napoleon Hill Dying Penniless Is Not The Secret

How Much More Will You Spend Before The Penny Drops?

WARNING– watch this video only if you are open to quantum physics, metaphysics, the unconscious mind and complementary approaches.

How to tell if you are open-minded enough: if you have bought even one positive thinking book, listened to a meditation tape or attended at least a personal development workshop– and you’ve been sufficiently inspired enough to practice what you were shown (even if it only produced temporary changes in you) that that’s proof enough that you’re the kind of person that should watch this

Hi, my name is Jonathan Clark and I’m the Founder of HGE and author of the book “Ignite & Unshackle The Latent Power of You”.  I made this video for you because I want to pull back the curtain, and expose some of the myths around mind tools like Law of attraction  and Hypnosis, as well as “the secret” and advanced methodologies employed by Life Coaches and spiritual advisers alike.  And you might not like what I’m about to tell you…

I’ve also been thrilled to share the stage with celebrities like Anna Rider Richardson and Caroline Munro.

Organisations like Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Ford Motor Company have all asked me to train their employees.  How’d it all begin?  How can YOU become a skilled, in-demand and HIGHLY PAID public speaker?

This is the second video in the series.  Access the first video here.

Watch the video - Some very cool speaking lessons there.

Enjoy the training and the rest of your day

Presentation Skills & Public Speaking Myths

Please leave your comments or ask questions below and I'll answer them personally...

What’s the best way to help people, share your message and grow your business?

My most effective way, while it sounds basic, is through SPEAKING.

Through public speaking [on stage and on video], you reach hundreds, if not thousands.

And you can earn a SERIOUS income doing it.  But only if you don’t buy into the myths around the speaking world…

Here’s a complimentary video training on the stupid myths in the industry, and how instead to become a highly-paid public speaker:

DISCLAIMER: This will be a controversial training because I really expose the problems with the speaking industry, but I know you’ll enjoy it.

I started from scratch [terrified] and within my first month made life-changing money and shared the stage with several Scottish celebrities, to name a few.  This was only possible because I deliberately pushed myself to grow, and forced myself to step into the lion’s den.  If you've ever wanted to command a room, then this is a must see.

Jonathan

P.S. Last week on social media I asked what questions people had about public speaking, and I answer most of them in this video.  Be sure to post any questions in the comments section below the video and I’ll personally respond.

Photoreading In Glasgow, Scotland with Jonathan Clark

Just suppose you could learn any subject in human endeavour.  Anything.  What would you immerse yourself in?  What would you love to learn about?  Then imagine that in an evening you could Photoread 5 books on that topic, in an hour and a half you could activate those books so tomorrow you could go into a meeting and be ready to talk all about that subject.

You see, each of your eyes can process about 10 million bits of information per second, and it works like a camera taking in the whole scene, it doesn’t work like a spotlight scanning left to right the way you were taught at school.  So the way we were taught to read is antiquated and not very efficient.

But here’s the twist - Out of the 10 million bits of information per second that your eyes actually see, you only get about 40 bits of information in your conscious mind, that you’re aware of.  Here’s a scenario that almost everyone has experienced in their life – someone asks you to fetch them the salt, it’s on the 3rd shelf down in the cupboard, and you’re looking and you can’t see it to save yourself.  There’s just no salt in the cupboard.  Then they walk right up to it, grab the salt, hold it in front of your eyes and say “What do you call this?”  Now did your eyes see the salt?  YES!  But did your conscious mind notice?  NO!  And being put under pressure makes your mind even more blind to what your eyes can actually see.

There is so much more going on out with your conscious ability to notice it, it’s astounding!  But what if there was a way to tap into the other-than-conscious portion of your experience.  What if you could take in more, learn more, experience more…

So what the Photoreading whole mind system has done is that is created a step by step process that anyone can learn – despite your previous feelings about school, learning or reading -  that lets anyone tap into the sheer power of your unconscious mind

Maybe the way we’re supposed to learn is the way the accelerated learning experts tell us, if you want to absorb a subject, just immerse yourself in it.  Don’t try to break it down, dipping your toe in the water - just dive wholeheartedly right in.

Picture yourself just absorbing all of it all at once.  And as you do that your unconscious mind integrates it into your existing databank – making the knowledge of the book merge into the rest of your knowledge at 10 million bits of information per second.  So what comes out is your version of the book.

Are you beginning to grasp the possibilities?  For your career?  For investment?  Your health.  Your personal development.  What area of knowledge would you like to delve into?  We can apply this to every area of your life, if we’re ready to step up boldly to the challenge.

Think about it.  Why do we go into a book in the first place?  What’s the purpose?  It’s just bits of paper with some information on it, isn’t it?  What if it was the ultimate personal development tool – adding skills and knowledge directly into your mind.  Remember Joe 90?  Activating who you are – your power and potential

We’re living in the dark ages when it comes to using our minds efficiently.  But we can unshackle ourselves from what traditional society calls learning, and what the education system considers comprehension.

The Photoreading whole mind system has evolved over the years, to combine accelerated learning secrets from behind the iron curtain, to self-hypnosis, to mindfulness training – all combined into an easy paint by numbers system that lets you consume and recall any reading material – books, reports, regulations, anything.

The implications of this process are unlimited in terms of the effect it can have on your ability to learn, and the results in your life.  Did you struggle at school?  Doesn’t matter.  Did you learn to dislike studying before now?  That can all change overnight.

After you’ve explored one subject, you’ll want to keep opening up, and you can do that by boldly accepting the challenge.

But this same power is available in lots of other areas of your life.  Need to learn how to get better with money?  Need to keep up with work materials?  Got exams coming up?  Imagine having loads of free time, and knowing your subject – while your peers are all hitting the books and clocking up hours of boring, repetitive studying like you used to.

I don’t know of any other commercially available system that taps into this power and promises so much.  It’s fun, its fast, and its easy.  Anyone can learn how to do it.

BUT the only way that you can get these kind of experiences, is to learn how to do it.  Are you up for a challenge?

Do you struggle with reading and learning? Maybe this is why...

More has been learned about the human brain in the last 15 years than at any other time in history.  And what we have learned could revolutionize the education system – but not yet!

However, let’s talk a little more about YOUR brain so you can tap into your real learning power and be one of the few who has.

The brain is an incredibly complex, and capable piece of equipment - but it comes without an owner’s manual.  Rarely are we told how it works and how to get the most out of it.  So I’d like to do that now.

The first surprise is that the brain is really split into 3 chunks.  Maybe you’ve noticed my logo.

OK so we’ve got 2 components to the brain.  At the base of the skill you have this chunk.  This is the reptilian part of the brain, the oldest prehistoric area.  Keeps you breathing and your heart beating.  When this part of the brain is under stress, what do you think it does?  That's right - it retreats and withdraws in fear.

Now when a reptile is super happy, what does it do?   It basks!  So the reptile brain is in charge of the physical body, especially fight or flight and physical safety.  It’s also territorial, so it monitors your safety zone of proximity and gets jumpy when people get in too close – know what I mean?  Now if you don't feel physically safe, how well do you learn?  Exactly - so we need a happy, basking reptilian brain in order to learn. Yes?

Now the next part of the brain you need to learn about, is the mammalian part of the brain. This is the part that handled hormones, immune system and long term memory.  Also the emotions – which explains why emotions and memory are so closely linked.  You remember the memories that have emotions in them.   Like the first time you did anything.  Your first kiss for example.

Now what does the mammal do if it's unhappy?  It growls and bares its teeth and claws.

Now the mammalian part of the brain is said to be in charge or the emotional body and emotional safety.  When it's happy, it's very much connected to the physical body.  And what sound does a happy mammal make?  A contented purr...

So the ideal learning state is to have a happy reptile and a happy mammal, which looks like?  Now every human being has a reptilian part, and a mammalian part, so in order to learn well you have to create physical safety, and emotional calmness.  I love this phrase:

Know relaxation, know learning

If you want to be a good student, and you are good students - are you not, then you need to be safe and calm.  Also if you want to teach well, you need the same state

Now there's another chunk of the brain that you probably know, where the brain is split into 2 hemispheres - the left side and the right side
LHS – speech, logic, numbers
RHS - Melody, patterns, intuition
To be honest this model is a little bit out of date, but it still is a useful way to think about it, ok?  So this represents the right hemisphere of the brain – stand on the right – and this thinking cap represents the left hemisphere.   What we have is a well-connected brain.  The most creative people have a beautiful communication between BOTH hemispheres of the brain.  Not just right brain.  Extremely analytic and extremely creative at the same time.

So if we have a happy reptile, and a happy mammal, then the L and R hemispheres will talk to each other.  If I have an unhappy reptile and an unhappy mammal, then these 2 don’t talk to each other – they sort of turn away.

If you’re right brain dominant, you tend to attack inwardly and at self – fume and stew and huff.  Feel bad, pout, cry, and behaviours that bring them down.  If you’re left brain dominant they will attack outwardly at other people – anger, rage, shouting and hitting.  Show up late and on purpose.  So if you see these behaviours then you know what’s going on.

So what do we need to do?  Get them physically safe, emotionally safe

Then there’s the third and final chunk.  The 100 billion brain cells that make up the capacity of the brain.  Let’s put that in perspective – as you grew in the womb, as a 12 week old embryo you were developing 2000 brain cells a second!  An adult bee, by comparison, has 7000 brain cells TOTAL.

Now let’s introduce the conscious mind
And here we have the unconscious mind
Now, I want you to know that you have access to all the resources of the brain.  And un-conscious isn’t really an accurate name.  There’s no part that’s UN conscious.  You may have learned to not direct your attention to the uncon mind - You’d be too powerful!  So the western world teaches you consciously – verbal. 2% of the brain size.  The database of the conscious is outnumbered 10 billion to one.

Now all learning, all change and all behaviour is Unconscious.  As an educator, which part of them should I be teaching?  Who’s really in charge?  The UN conscious is 10 billion times bigger than the conscious mind.  Do I really care about the conscious mind?  A little bit, not all that much

How do you get messages from your unconscious mind?
Emotions
Intuitions.
Hunches
Physical sensations
Dreams
And when do we tend to get those signals usually?  When we’re relaxed, trance – drifting off to sleep, just after we’ve woken up.  When we do meditation, or visualisation – we’re connecting directly to the other than conscious mind.

So meanwhile we have a happy reptile brain – bask for me.  Bask!
We have the happy mammal – purring.  Purr for me.
We’ve got the communicating left and right hemisphere…
And as you can see… my mind is wandering

So to put all 3 chunks together – information coming in goes to the 2 hemispheres.  It acts like the switchboard, rerouting the information to the thinking brain.  But if you’re under stress, the reptilian brain shuts the switchboard down, and that’s when your mind gores blank.

Very often people, who have had a poor learning experience, feel unconsciously threatened by the thought of upcoming learning experiences in the future. It’s a vicious circle.  Because they feel they’re crap at learning, they feel stressed.  And that stress shuts off their ability to learn, and it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy.  The secret is to get into a calm, positive state BEFORE you start learning, And then you can learn anything… as nature intended!

Jonathan Clark NLP learning how to learn

What’s the best way to learn so you can stay on top of things and not look like an idiot?

One of my favourite topics, while it sounds basic, is LEARNING how to learn.

You can save yourself time and get more of what you want (in person and on the phone).

And you can avoid arguments by connecting at a deeper level.  But only if you don’t buy into the myth about men and women.

Here’s a complimentary training on exactly how you can learn how to learn and keep up with all the information that’s coming at us every day.

DISCLAIMER: This will be a packed training because it affects every human being, but I know you’ll find it fascinating.

I was terrified of speaking at school and thus avoided going to university, and developed a duodenal ulcer by the time I was 16 through fear.  I went on to become a successful speaker, author and trainer because I learned how to learn, and how to communicate.   If you want to get good a getting your message across, then this is a must watch.

Jonathan

P.S. I was asked how I keep on top of my many projects and still read several books a month.  This video provides the answer.  Be sure to post any questions in the comments section below the video and I’ll personally respond.

Here's One I Prepared Earlier...

Do you remember Blue Peter?  Do you remember when they would build a doll's house or a rocket made from a Fairly Liquid bottle?  And sometimes you could send away an SAE and get the instructions.  Well, when I saw the Action Man Quartermasters Stores, I was hooked!  I convinced my mother to part with a 1st class stamp and an envelope, and when that sheet came in I started on my project immediately.  Sticky wood-effect paper for the flooring, half a ping pong ball for the light shade, and the rifle rack that I already owned.

But here's the interesting part to this story - for me anyway.  While I was building it, I was also teaching an invisible audience how to build it at the same time!  I mean, out loud!

In NLP they call this modelling.

At 10 years old I was replicating what I'd just watched the week before - I was building something and teaching an audience how to build it as I went along...

I guess once a Coach, always a Coach.

Many years later I spent 7 years studying martial arts - in particular Lau Gar Kung Fu.  Of the 64 of us that enrolled in that first class, after 7 years we were down to one - and it was me!  The disadvantage was that I got a lot less personal tuition than the rest of the class - it made sense for the teacher to teach all the other grades and spend what time was left with me.  The advantage was I got to teach, and that I really enjoyed. And all of my pupils went on to pass their gradings and win their next belt.

Skip forward to 2007 and I launched The Fully Booked Bootcamp.  This was a 12 month programme for people who had an idea for a business, and my job was to teach them how to launch it, market it and make it profitable in year one.  We had a room full of students, including Brian Costello, Jackie Walker, Brian Larkin.

Brian Costello launched Headstrong.  Jackie went on to become The Divorce Coach.  Brian Larkin won a BAFTA.

A couple of years later I did a 6 month "virtual" Bootcamp called The Alchemy Challenge - this was a webinar programme designed to monetise whatever knowledge or skills the students brought to the table.  Most of them implemented what I showed them and made money.

The Platinum Challenge came later - this was a follow up to Alchemy, but in particular on how to run your own Teleseminars, the best way to do product launches and a whole training on creating your own profitable membership sites.

After all this, I came to the following conclusion - I'm very good at making other people successful.

Whether its turning around a suicidal client, or Coaching someone into a better career, or helping teachers activate all the training they've ever had, it seems that the more I focus on my clients getting THEIR desired outcome, the better it works.

And before anyone quotes Zig Ziglar, the gist is switching from achieving my own goals to helping others get their's. All the best ideologies teach that principle, and I suppose that's how the principle has shown up in my life.

So its time for the next programme, and I'm gathering data on who needs help with what.  if you haven't completed my online [and anonymous] survey yet, please do.  Its at

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VD9BF68

Watch this space.  Now, where's my double sided sticky tape?

From Woe To Win

Maybe you can relate to this story...

Back in 1989 I was a Clerical officer working in the Pensions Department of The Benefits Agency.  Seems like a lifetime ago, though its actually 25 years ago.  I had a car, a flat, a day job and my weekends to myself, and I was living on £850 per month. Plus the occasional food parcel that my dad would show up with.   A laughable income now, that wouldn't last me a week!

While it felt right at first, after a few years I knew the job inside out, it had become pretty dull, and I began to harbour thoughts about doing something else.  Was this it?  As the most experienced member of the pensions team, I was seeing men and women at retirement age coming in and getting a massive £54 a week.  And that was assuming you'd paid all your contributions all your working life.  Was that the best you could hope for?

Around that same time my first love decided to have a fling behind my back, so I was hurt, angry and full of trust issues.

Now I'd grown up reading marvel and DC superhero comics, loved role playing games and movies, and so at age 19 I'd started a wee fanzine business on the side called "Superhero UK".  Every month I'd be up till midnight stapling the pages of the photocopied zine together, I had customers all over the world who sent me postal orders [remember them?] and I had to keep a ledger of subscription payments, who owed me money, who's subscription was up for renewal, etc.  19 years old and I thought I was an entrepreneur :-)

As a result I met and got friendly with a bunch of like-minded guys from Birmingham who had aspirations to produce a full colour superhero magazine that would unite the worlds of comics, movies, toys and games all in one place.  They knew a guy called Bob who worked for IPC magazines and knew the industry.  The result was Fantazia magazine, which we managed to get stocked on the shelves of high street newsagents like John Menzies.  I remember going to a concert at the SECC and seeing it on the shelf in the kiosk.

My outside work project didn't go down well in the office, and the crunch came when a member of the Benefit Fraud Team warned me at an office party to stop rocking the boat.  He didn't like my positive attitude, and I certainly didn't want to catch his! That convinced me that I'd outgrown the civil service and it was time to dig my escape tunnel from an institution that valued targets rather than caring or integrity.

Plans were made and I handed in my letter of resignation, and got ready to move down to Birmingham to work full time as Editor of the new magazine.  We had an office upstairs at 69 Hurst Street, not far from the Bull Ring, and the computers and gear we needed went on our credit cards.  Four young bucks living the dream and having a ball.  I knew it would pay me an income, and stretch me at the same time.  We even managed to get distribution in the States, and Bob and I flew to the Las Vegas Comic Convention to interview Stan Lee [the guy who invented the Hulk and Spiderman], meet the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles [or the 4 guys in suits] and do a lot of industry schmoozing.  At least I did - Bob was too busy at the Chicken Ranch and The Grand Canyon.

Two things then happened which both shattered my certainty and security.  The first was my Dad dying.  I was the last person he'd seen alive.

The second was when Bob decided he wanted the whole magazine business for himself, and we found out that a "Gentleman's agreement" isn't worth the paper its not written on!  He took the lot, and there was nothing we could do about it.  Christ!  More trust issues.

So with money rapidly running out, credit card debt, and my dream career over, I came back to East Kilbride with my tail between my legs and cried my heart out.  Panic.  Betrayal.  Grief.  Hopes crushed.  No idea of what was next.

I walked back into the benefits office to sign on.  "Aye whit happened tae yer wee self employed business now, eh?" came the gloating jibe.  I was seething, and embarrassed.   Humbling.  Having to fill in application forms for Income Support and hand them to one of my colleagues that I'd sat beside just days earlier.

Money was the big issue.  I was terrified of getting into more debt, or not having enough to live on, and the stress and ill health that it can bring.  I was told I was good with people, I knew the Benefits system inside out, and I'd had my first taste of the private sector.  Plus my Dad had been a Bank Manager.  So I chose the one career that I thought would be right for me... and became a Financial Adviser.

That one decision would shape me - it taught me about money, investment and saving.  I got used to having targets, making sales and customer service.  It also taught me a lot about how NOT to treat people. And best of all - it started me listening to Zig Ziglar, then Jack Black, then Tony Robbins.  Little did I realise that I'd stumbled into a new passion that would shape my career for the next 20 years...

The moral of this story?  Sometimes you feel like you're drowning in despair and overwhelm, with no way out.  Yet there's always a tiny voice from your conscious mind telling you "It's going to work out, this will pass".  You have no idea where you'll be in 10 years time, but as long as you have the intention to make things better, then you will attract, manifest and chance upon opportunities.

What's Frustrating You In Life Right Now?

I was having a heavy discussion with some colleagues yesterday, and it inspired me to reach out and ask you, dear reader, what's going on in your life right now.

It would be great if you could complete this anonymous [and therefore safe to complete :-) ] survey so I can get a "feel" for what's happening in my readers' lives right now, and how I can best help you.

Thanks in advance for doing me this big favour.

NLP Practitioner Course Contest Winners Announced

Hi there, its Jonathan here, and I’m at the world headquarters of my company – that’s my home office actually J

Now the reason for this much awaited video, is to announce the contest results for the competition that I’ve been running for the last 7 days.

All the names have gone into a hat for the NLP + HGE Practitioner competition.  If you remember the prizes are as follows:

FIRST PRIZE is a chance to win a seat on my flagship course - saving yourself £2137 - as my guest.

But then I made it even juicier by having a second and third prize

The second prize is the whole course on audio cd, so you can learn NLP at your own pace and refer back to it forever.

The third prize is a copy of my new book Lose Weight For Scotland - a complete 90 day programme combining expert tips, sneaky professional inside secrets, and self hypnosis to get you into great shape, if you're not already.

I’m going to pick out the 3 winners, but here’s the good news - I’ve changed my mind… about the prizes… but more on that later.  Let’s see if you’ve won first...

If you liked and commented on social media to help me spread the word, then your name is in here.  The plan was to offer ONE person a free place on the course.  That’s a £2137 course – for nothing.

But you left so many nice comments – All you had to do to enter was answer 2 quick questions - Why do you want to learn NLP?  What you would use it for - what area of your life would you want to improve?

55 lovely people left comments, Here’s some examples of what was said

I want to learn NLP for my own personal development. I would use it to become the best version of me possible and then in turn help others achieve a more rewarding and happy life.

I would relish the opportunity to discover a new deeper level to my being, to help me understand my own personal journey and potential growth that I can then share with others, for optimum reward for themselves and those around them.

So that I gain more self confidence which is necessary to be taken more seriously and to feel more comfortable preaching what I practice.

So I don’t know who’s going to win, but what I’ve done is take all the 55 names of commenters, and put them on little bits of paper, and I’m going to pull them out of my Wizard’s Hat

Now I need to mix these up real good cos someone is going to win a £2137 personal development course… The tension is building…

OK here’s prize draw winner number 1 -Lisa Warren
Winner #2 Garry Conway
And winner #3 Elizabeth McLeary

So well done – thanks for your help in spreading my message, and you’re about to be really glad you did – cos here’s the deal… Remember I said I’d changed my mind?

I have.  Here’s what my gut tells me to do – my intuition is telling me to give ALL 3 of you a free place on my course.  So that’s what I’m going to do… IF you get back to me before Saturday.

OK here’s what you have to do – private message me within the next 72 hours and I’ll give you all the details.  But if you don’t come forward, you miss the slot.

Thanks for entering the contest, and if you didn’t win, make sure you take part in anything I make available in the future.

Congratulations, and I’ll be seeing you in 3 short days time on our next NLP + HGE Practitioner Course.

NLP Practitioner Training Courses In Glasgow - What Others Have Said

If you're considering doing an NLP Practitioner Course then you must be looking to develop yourself.  Now most of my students are private individuals who want to work on themselves, not necessarily looking for Certification to become an NLP or HGE Practitioner as such.

Having worked as a therapist and Coach for over 20 years, I do resonate with other helping professionals, especially those that want to earn a living by helping people and grow a successful practice.

One of the reasons people come to me is because I am happy to teach them how to get clients and actually see a return on the investment they've just made.  So many people pay thousands of pounds every year to attend training courses, then never actually make any money from their new skills, and that's a pity.

Train with me and your life will actually get easier --  not just because you've dumped a lot of past luggage, and are running your head instead of it running you - but also because you can add 3 or 4 figures a month to your income.  Now I call that life changing money - enough to pay the mortgage, or pay a loan off, or get a new car.

You'll also hold certification in both NLP and HGE - the former internationally recognised qualification, and the latter unique to my Company and extremely few in number.  And that's because I don't believe in "Hiring in masses and training in classes".  I like smaller groups with lots of individual attention.

So you probably feel like you should be demonstrating more in life than you are, and you feel you deserve better than you're getting.  But despite all the books, cd's and seminars, you still have no idea how to make significant improvements.  if you did then you'd be doing it.

Whether its more energy, more money, better health or more free time, you goal is probably similar to most people that I attract - to make the most of the years you have left.  But you're terrified that all the naysayers might be right and all that "pop psychology" was a waste of time. [In truth a lot of it IS]

So let's end the frustration and let me teach you the tools you can use to make tangible, real fruitage in your life.

I don't want you to go through any more disappointments or longing. Come and learn what really works in the real world, so you can look forward to a life full of contribution, progress and fun. That's where I'm headed, and if you want to jump on board, now's the time.

Here's what Nicola had to say...
