Do The Law Of Attraction, The Secret & Self Help Actually Work?
Hi there,
How you doing?
It's a blowy Saturday morning and I'm sitting outside the school where Luke's at his usual violin lesson. Every week he goes to class, gets instruction from an experience teacher who's good at what she does, and he learns and improves his skills and he's really coming on. Which is kind of what I want to talk to you about.
See I've been into personal development and self help for 25 years - I started with a wee correspondence course on confident psychology, then started reading positive mental attitude books before going onto audio tapes by Zig Ziglar, then NLP, Tony Robbins - all the usual gurus. I've studied and been certified with 3 different NLP training companies at practitioner, master practitioner and even nlp trainer. I went to Hawaii 5 times to study Huna and western high magic. I've used goal setting, law of attraction, time management, visualisation, you name it. And I've earned a good living as a master hypnotherapist and NLP trainer, running courses and working with over 2000 private clients.
But here's the thing - I've met loads of people who have read all the books, listened to all the CDs, they say they applied all the principles, and it hasn't made a blind bit of difference. They're still ill, or broke, or divorced, or scared, or phobics, and they say personal development is nonsense.
See if there are the 4 levels of life - the spiritual the mental the emotional and the physical, my theory is that everyone wants change in the physical world - money, lovers, houses, cars, things. Mental is nice, spiritual can be profound, emotional makes you feel better but my belief is that people want tangible 3d proof.
So I'd like to hear from you in particular - if you're a fan of personal development, if you're a seminar junkie like me, has it made a difference? Did it work? Did the law of attraction being you what you wanted? Did the money and wealth courses make you money? Were there real, tangible improvements in the world of physical? Or did it just give you a warm fuzzy feeling?
Leave your comments below and I'll reposed to the personally.
And if you haven't read my report called "If NLP and coaching are so hot where's my range rover?" yet,the link is RIGHT HERE

That Was A Big One, Wasn't It?
Back in 2005, I attended Tony Robbins’ Unleash The Power Within Firewalk Seminar in Birmingham. That would be the first of 5 UPWs that I would do over the next few years. As usual it was awesome, but a bonus weekend of training that came as part of the bundle deal that I signed up for is what would change my direction…
Skills of Power was presented by Bob Bays [ex-husband of Brandon Bays, author of The Journey, an emotional release method for clearing up issues from your past] and it was mind blowing, but it was what happened at the end that I want to talk about here…
For people who’d done the Robbins events there was a monthly meeting called the Your Excellence Succeeds Group, or YES Group for short. They met in London every month and were growing steadily. A great way to keep up the momentum and revisit the NLP skills you’d learned – a step so often missing from personal growth seminars.
The YES Group was for Tony Robbins fans and people who’d done his seminars. That night they were looking for volunteers to start similar groups all over the UK, and bizarrely I ended up being volunteered to host one in Scotland. Coincidence? Could be…
So I’m now in charge of the YES Group in Scotland, which I launched in 1995 in Glasgow. Our first speaker was Brandon Bays and we had 70 guests in the room. But as the months went by the numbers dwindled and it was starting to falter…
So I decided to travel down to London to model the YES Group there, because they were always full and had over 50 members attending every month. NLP teaches to model what works, right? So I went to the London Group and carefully noted EVERYTHING they were doing. But here’s where it gets really interesting…
The guest speaker was an NLP Master Trainer, and he did a live demo of a technique that I hadn’t come across yet – called Time Line Therapy®. The idea is that your brain stores memories in spatial locations, so that when someone says “put it behind you” or “one day you’ll look back on this and laugh”, they really mean their past memories are BEHIND them.
Think about that – every day you hear people say “I can’t see past it” or they point in one direction when they talk about the past, and lean in another direction when they talk about the future. Think about your dialogue – where is your past, when you talk about it? And where’s your future? Do you “look forward” to things?
On the course the Trainer did a live demo – a woman from the audience had some past hurts from the past, and it was blocking her from being who she wanted to be. I remember that he used a weird shamanistic music track to help the trance induction, and best of all the woman had a massive shift and came out of it CHANGED! She told him he’d added YEARS to her life right there. And it took minutes! And I thought – I have to learn how to do that!
So in 1997 I was attending my 3rd NLP Practitioner course as a student. This time it was a training that incorporated not only NLP, but also Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy®. And it was run by the same Trainer that I’d experienced at the YES Group in London. I HAD to learn this Time Line stuff!
The Trainer again offered to do a live demo, as all good trainers should be able to do, and asked if anyone suffered from a recurring negative emotion – like anger, sadness, fear or guilt? Anxiety had always been my thing, and so I volunteered. Scared and not that happy to be sitting in the front of the room with all eyes upon me, I wanted the fear gone, so up I went…
He asked me “What is the root cause of anxiety – the very first event – which when disconnected, will cause all of the fear to disappear, easily and effortlessly?” “Two minutes after birth” I heard myself say. Dunno where that came from, but that’s what I heard myself say.

The nurses and doctors had just walked out, I’ve been wheeled to the other side of the room from her and the fear is HER’S! As soon as I realised that the emotions were coming from her, I juddered, because that’s how I release emotions. There’s an involuntary spasm almost, and it’s gone. I love that – I can actually tell if I’ve let something go or not. No judder, no release. So I opened my eyes, felt a wave of exhaustion, and the Trainer said to me,
“That was a big one, wasn’t it?” and everybody laughed.
So I walked woozily back to my chair, and the seminar continued. The Fear had gone. And I couldn’t wait to phone home…
Picture the scene – from a telephone box in Edgeware in London I called my mother. What would you say if it was you? I cautiously broached the subject with “What happened after I was just born – what do you remember?” and she asked “Why do you ask?” “Oh it’s just me doing one of my wacky seminars. You know me.” She then told me that I popped out, the nurse wrapped me in blankets and put me into this small trolley, and wheeled me to the other side of the room. They then proceeded to leave the delivery room, where she was all alone, in a pool of her own juices, and her newborn baby crying from the trolley on the far side of the room.

I shuddered for a second time.
“I’ve never told anyone that before – why do you ask?”
That was it. I was sold.
And that was my first personal experience of Time Line Therapy®… and what inspired me to do NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and NLP Trainers Training with Drs. Tad & Adriana James and NLPCoaching.com.
What's Your Earliest Memory?
Few adults can remember anything that happened to them before the age of 3. Now, a new study has documented that it's about age 7 when our earliest memories begin to fade, a phenomenon known as “childhood amnesia.”
I don't spend that much time dwelling on the past. One of the reasons why is because I don't seem to retain a lot of it. Sure I know its in there, but there are large chunks that I just don't recall. And I'm really not bothered!
We know from the study of memory that emotion is the glue to making something easy to remember. If you tied your shoelaces on Sept 11th 2005 then you probably have zero recollection of it. But if it was 2001 and you were kneeling beside the twin towers in New York City at the time then its forever etched in your filing cabinet.
We remember the events that have the most emotion attached. The rest drops out of short term memory and disappears.
So what's your earliest memory? Mine is the "crash helmet" scene that I wrote about in a previous blog post HERE.
The next one I remember is waking up in Strathclyde hospital aged four scared and alone and ill. I had viral pneumonia because my baby sitter apparently left me outdoors in a pram in the rain. Who knows - I'm going by one of those family tales that gets cast up every Christmas. That probably explains why I value health and why I have a strong dislike for hospitals.
I remember looking up over the railings around my bed, the blue gown I was wearing and lots of other kids crying. There's a fuzzy picture in my mind's eye and I can hear the children. Then the feelings of fear and loneliness vaguely come up.
So it's weird to think that I was on this planet for about four years and yet I don't remember any of it! Sure I could go exploring through Hypnotic Age Regression, Primal Scream, Time Line Therapy and any number of any therapies, but I don't need to. It's not an issue.
Over the years as an NLP Trainer and Mater Hypnotherapist I've helped clients uncover traumas, significant emotional events and all manner of horrors that were buried at the bottom of the ocean in a lead lined casket 100 feet under the seabed on a "You don't need to know" basis by their unconscious. It amazes me to this day that folks are walking around with deep rooted subroutines and programs running their choices, behaviours and habits that THEY DIDN'T CHOOSE. Yet they think they're being so smart and in control, and yet the REAL reason they're an Accountant or a coward or a wife beater [or sometimes all three] is because someone stole their Tonka truck when they were three.
So what about you? What's your earliest memory? And how does it affect your life now years later?

Glasgow Networking Group Led To New Business
Everyone thought I'd gone out of business...
It was 2010. For years I'd been on the speaking circuit - doing lunchtime talks, weekend seminars, long training courses, teleseminars. But that had all stopped.
We'd had a son in 2006 and I kitted out a home office so I could work from home, take my son to nursery, pick him up later, even have lunch with him sometimes. I wanted him to know what his Daddy looked like. Previously I'd been living in a Vauxhall Vectra doing 3000 miles a month and I wasn't going to go back there again.
On one hand that was great for my family life, but there was a side effect I hadn't considered - it KILLED my visibility. Lots of people asked "Are you still in business?" and I was shocked. I had 28 websites, was all over Facebook and Twitter, but apparently in the offline world I'd turned invisible. Not good. So practising what I preach, I decided to go back to something I knew had worked before when I first went self-employed.
So I went online and typed "Glasgow networking groups". The nearest group met for breakfast on a Wednesday morning, 7 minutes drive from my house. It was hellishly early in the morning, but I needed to make money and get out there. Sorted.
In I went to a bustling group of local business owners. Now I'm an introvert, and I didn't enjoy walking into a room full of strangers. I'd learned how to put on a face and act confident, but inside I felt awkward and didn't really know what to say to strike up a conversation. Maybe you can relate to that? Lots of awkward small talk about the football and the condition of the lorne sausages as you shovel eggs and bacon onto your plate, trying to juggle your tea, shake hands and look dignified at the same time. A small morsel of my scrambled egg left my mouth and landed on the lapel of the solicitor I was talking to and I didn't break eye contact for fear that he'd notice. He didn't - he was too busy trying to sell me his services.
The chairman of the group opened the meeting and quite frankly I found him intimidating. He was older than me, sounded wiser than me and was certainly making more money than me. I was beginning to think I was out of my depth...
Not a very friendly bunch, but everyone got a chance to stand up and tell the group who we were, what kind of clients we were looking for. No one had warned me about that bit, so I bumbled some gibberish about being a one man band and social media marketing and wanting to talk to new start businesses or something.
Then one of the members gave a presentation where he forced us to endure "death by PowerPoint" - you know, where he reads EVERY word as it is on the screen.
Then I heard my name being mentioned - the builder passed me a lead to talk to a computer guy in Edinburgh. Holy shit! I've got a hot lead! As it would turn out that referral led to an 11 deep chain of referrals which led to me starting a weight loss business in 2013 which made me a lot of money.
And that was my introduction to networking in business.
Seven years later and I'm writing a book with a colleague of mine, and we need your help. If any of this resonates with you, or you've had similar experiences, we'd love to hear about it. Please take our quick survey to help us come up with the book title and tell us more about YOUR adventures in networking.
Thanks in advance :-)

What kinds of feelings do you want more of?
You’ve probably heard of Ivan
Pavlov – you know the guy who rang a bell and the dogs salivated? Cos they were hungry? He’d show them some meat and while they were
gagging for it he’d ring a bell. Eventually
he could just ring the bell and have no meat present, and the dogs would
salivate. Yeah? (It was actually a tuning fork but let’s not
be picky). That was an anchor – the bell
became the anchor.
At school the bell was an
anchor. t was either time for you to get back in there and into your class, or
it was time for you to get out of there and get home as quickly as
possible. Or maybe you were late, and
the bell became an anchor for how little time you’ve got to get down the road
and into school. Remember this stuff?
We can all think of things that act as
triggers in our lives- that whenever they happen they fire off certain
states. Maybe a song that you hear that
puts you into a sad state, cos last time you heard that song you were in a sad
state, and the two became neurologically linked. Or maybe there’s a particular smell (and the
perfume industry knows this one) that whenever you smell it you go into a nice,
pleasant state.
These are anchors – triggers that are hard
wired into your neurology, so you have no conscious control when they’re fired
off – you’ll go into that state automatically.
Imagine that! Now if it’s a nice
state than we’ll leave it alone, but if it’s a negative one, there are ways to
collapse the anchor, or neutralise it, so it doesn’t control you anymore. We
show you how to do that, which means no longer are you one of Pavlov’s dogs –
you’re no longer a conditioned animal, you actually have a choice about it
& you can choose not to react.
In my history there was a village that I’d
drive through, and every time I did I went into a negative state, because of
what I associated to that place, even though those events happened 20 years
ago! Wouldn’t it be great to be able to
cancel it out so it doesn’t affect you?
You can probably think of some triggers like that, yes? Songs or pictures or things that maybe flash
into your head….
Equally it’s very useful to be able to set
positive anchors. Maybe you’d like to be
more excited more often, or more driven more often. Imagine if you could basically have that
state “on tap” and anytime you wanted to feel that way you could fire it off,
and you’d go into that state. That then
begs the question – what kinds of emotional states would you like to feel more
often? Because we can show you how to
anchor them into yourself so you can go into those feelings anytime you want
to.
Here’s how you can do this
The way I do this is, I give you the
entire course up-front on audio CD. So,
you can listen to that at your own pace before you come on the
training-course. That’s actually your
apprenticeship. You know, you listen to
the CDs at your own leisure and you can learn what you want to learn, read the
manual, get your head around the concepts, re-listen to it as many times as you
want. So, by the time you actually come
to the course, your conscious mind’s like a formatted disc, it’s got the basic
ground-rules all laid down.
What’s going to happen now is that you’re
going to spend the 8 days actually doing the stuff and being taken through it
by myself and by HGE™ Practitioners and Master Practitioners who already use
these methods. So, your conscious mind
is fully prepared, and your unconscious mind can then just learn like a
learning-machine.
You will be really surprised how well you’ll
pick it up, because on some level you’ve already heard it before. It also deepens your knowledge, because you
can leave the course and re-listen to the CD set, which, as you probably know,
the more often you hear the deeper it sticks.
It means you also have a permanent reference library, you can always go
back if you want to brush up on re-framing for instance, or something else. You can dig the discs out again and listen to
them, just to keep your skills up.
If this has piqued your
curiosity – give me a call or email me and we can have a chat first.
So this is Jonathan
Clark. Thanks for watching the video,
take care, bye!
Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life - Jonathan Clark NLP Scotland Based Courses
HELLO there. You maybe know me, maybe you don’t yet. My name’s Jonathan Clark and I’ve taught the majority of the active & successful NLP Practitioners in Scotland.
This is a private – by invitation only – offer to
people who are serious about their personal growth. If you are ready to grow and evolve yourself
meaningfully, we invite you to come and spend 8 days with us…
I want to introduce you to a whole new
mindset, a technology, a toolkit full of tools for every occasion, drawn from
years of real world application and experience using state of the art
psychology such as Neuro Linguistic programming and Hypnosis, as well as the
secrets and advanced methodologies employed by Life Coaches and spiritual
advisers alike.
Now I’m not a psychiatrist or psychologist –
but I have spent 25 years in personal development helping people improve their
lives – I’ve learned and taught advanced techniques like NLP, Huna and
Hypnosis.
For me it was always about making
changes. If you’re not happy with the
results you’re creating, then change what you’re doing. Whining and complaining won’t make it any
better, and nobody’s going to come and rescue you. The sooner you realise it’s you, the
better. It’s what you do that counts. So initially I did private therapy – now up
to 5000 hours of one to one time with real people with real problems, , and
then started doing workshops to try and share this mindset with as many people
as possible. So far I’ve run 30 courses like
this coming one that are 8 days long, and several that are longer!
However, in
a completely unregulated industry, people can simply read a book and call
themselves a Life Coach or Guru. Oh
dear.
NLP had to evolve. Hypnosis
alone wasn’t enough. Life Coaching is
more than just hiring a personal trainer.
Huna was too ancient and esoteric and turned some people off. There needed to be a comprehensive model
which was simple and straightforward to use in your daily life. After all, it’s what you do consistently, and
persistently that shapes your life. You
can’t have a bath once and be clean forever.
To that effect, I want to share what I’ve found with you
One of the first things we cover on my
courses are what are called “The Presuppositions”. Those are the things you have to presuppose –
they’re suggested beliefs that are useful.
If you run them in your head you tend to find that life gets a lot
easier, or you get better results, just by thinking this way. They’re simply a suggested mindset or
outlook, so if you run them in your head it will change the way you look at
things. Software for the mind. Does that make sense?
So, for instance one of them is “There’s
no such thing as failure, there’s only feedback”. You know that everything that you do
generates an outcome. We don’t use the
word “goal” very much - we use the word “outcome”.
Reason is you don’t always get your goal, but you always get an
outcome. May not be the outcome you
want, but you still create an outcome.
Now, if you take that outcome as feedback then it’ll either be taking
you towards what you want, or away from what you don’t want. So imagine a plane wants to fly from Glasgow
Prestwick to Stansted, yeah? It knows
its outcome and it takes off and it flies off in that direction. Now if it checks its computer to find out
where it is, and discovers it’s halfway over Iceland, then it’s generated an
outcome! Right? Not the outcome it wanted but it is still an
outcome.
Now, if you take that as feedback,
it tells you what to do
next. It tells you where you need to
go – you need to turn the plane around and go in the other direction! Take that as feedback – it’s not
failure. You’ve actually learned
something and generated an outcome. Now,
if you operate from that basis it makes life a hell of a lot easier, you don’t
have to beat yourself up about “Oh I’m so bad at what I do”, you know, it’s
“You generated an outcome” and take it that way. That kind-of implies forgiveness. It implies forgiveness for yourself, as well
as for everyone else. You know, other
people don’t necessarily fail at things, they also generate outcomes and they
can also take that as feedback.
Think about it, imagine if just that one
principle became something you filtered your life through – you looked through
those kinds of glasses from time to time.
That would probably make quite a difference in the way you think, the
way you behave. Now, there are over a
dozen presuppositions, and this course really is not just a bunch of techniques,
it’s an entire mindset, an attitude, a way of looking at things. You know the difference between a
Practitioner and someone who just “does positive thinking” is, a Practitioner
treats these presuppositions as a Code of Conduct, at least that’s what I
think.
Just imagine how life would be if you
started to adopt just one of these dozen or more useful beliefs – we cover all
of them, in detail, one at a time, and we help you to integrate and breathe
life into them in your own mind.
This is your chance to come play with these
methods – I say “play” because they are so simple, and so much fun to use, you
might think you’re not making serious changes, and you’d be mistaken. You see, that’s what makes it work. If you’re enjoying using the techniques, then
by definition you’re engaging the unconscious mind, and that’s the secret to
making any change right there…
You can do in 8 days what
most others take weeks to do, and you’re saving at least £500 compared to other
providers. We’ll coach you after the
course, and invite you to come back and repeat at our cost. And if you’re not entirely blown away by all
of this, we’ll give you your money back.
If this has piqued your
curiousity – give me a call or email me and we can have a chat first.

Proven Ways To Gain Self Confidence, Boost Your Self Esteem and End Self Doubt
For the last three weeks I’ve been
running a survey asking people about their levels of confidence and
self-esteem. I promised I would share my
findings now that the results are in.
The average survey respondent
described themselves as appearing quietly confident, but deep down 48% tend
towards self-doubt. In fact they see
themselves as sympathetic and warm with other people, but they are often unsure
of their own thoughts – and often don’t trust their own feelings. Ever felt like that?

52% of responders wished they were
more confident at work, as well as in everyday disagreements like at the shops,
or over parking spaces. Curiously the
majority were happy to speak to groups or in public, but only provided they
knew what they were going to be talking about.
A whopping 61% of those surveyed say
that they are very critical of themselves and dread looking like a fool front
of other, and after dealing with a person they will go away mentally analysing
everything they themselves did and said, focussing mainly on their mistakes
than what they did well. Does this sound
like you?
One third of responders had
previously been told by someone close to them “Oh you’re just being overly
sensitive”.
To build their confidence people have
tried self-help material, visualisation, asking a partner who will “prop them
up”, but that mostly didn’t work.
Where people have felt a boost in
self-esteem was where they got support from other people, including going for
counselling and hypnotherapy. Just getting
out there and meeting people seemed to help massively, if they could get
themselves to do it.
When you surf the web searching for
terms like “how to be confident” and
“confidence building”, you tend to
get dictionary definitions, or dumb platitudes like “Think nice thoughts” or
“Shower more often” accompanied by childish cartoons.
I don’t care if you’re an HR Manager
of a self-confessed nerd, there will be times when you feel small and
powerless, and scared to open your mouth.
I spent most of primary and secondary
school feeling TORTURED like that – wound up tight, avoiding eye contact, trusting
only a very small number of trusted friends, and by the time I was 19 years old I was
diagnosed with a duodenal ulcer, brought on by toxic thoughts of shyness and
worry. And then worrying about the
worrying, if you know what I mean.
Where it changed for me, when I dig
back far enough into my past, was reading my brother’s psychology books for his
degree – I was fascinated to realise that I’d managed to burn a hole in my
stomach with my own brain. A crap
superpower. But what power! What could you do if you turned it outwards?
And that started me on a journey in
positive thinking, visualisation, then more advanced mind tools like NLP and
Hypnosis. The good news is that there
ARE practical, useful things that work in the real world, that are easy to
learn and really change how you feel, think and move. Now I have an optimistic outlook, a healthy
self-image, a usually supportive internal voice and I know how to move, breathe
and speak to feel strong and in control most of the time. And my stomach ulcer disappeared.
On September 23rd I’ll be running a
free 1 hour webinar on how to go from timid mouse to superhero [at least in
your own head] and you can learn all about that HERE. I’m going to share 6 quick steps – real
practical “how to” techniques – to make you feel more assertive and stronger
inside. And you can “lurk” and not even
have to speak!
I hope you’ll join us J

Ho'o Pono Pono, Zero Limits and Huna that works
Just finished re-reading a great book called "Zero Limits" by internet marketer Joe Vitale and Hawaiian Dr Hew Len. Very thought provoking, and because I studied Huna in Hawaii over a period of 3 years, it called to me in a big way. And I had a stunning health event which really anchored strong feelings to this book.
In the book, they start off by clearly stating that mind techniques are toys that your conscious mind plays with, to keep you thinking that you're in charge of your life. In fact, you're not in charge, and miracles come when you let go of the toys, and instead trust in a silent place inside yourself. You want to get beyond all those mental techniques.
Here's the irony - the book then teaches a ten word mantra. Isn't that just another conscious, mind technique? You're bound to have heard of it by now: "I'm sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you". Say it over and over to "clear" old programs and miracles will happen. Hmmm... But does it actually do what it says on the tin? Let's face it, we all know people who think positive thoughts all day long and are still broke, unhappy and ill. We can all get together in our communes and retreats and have deep meaningful discussions under the stars, but after the scent of the incense has faded, has anything actually improved?
Esoteric study, metaphysics and qualtum physics all agree - Creation and manifestation begin in the void - the quantum field - the source - whatever you want to call it, where there are no words, no thoughts, no intentions. The void, or the I'o in Huna, is the great balancer or equaliser - indestructible, infinite and timeless. Everyone has a model of the world that they view the world through. You ideally want to dissolve yours...
It's funny, I have worked in the world of therapy and hypnosis for over 20 years. Yet most therapists never notice that in every therapy appointment they attend, there's always one person present. Them.
Think about it. Every time you have a problem, you are present. Therapists think they are there to help the client heal. Wrong. Actually their job is to heal themselves of the program they see in their client. That's the basis of the psychiatric healing that Hew Len is famous for, and the main reason Joe Vitale spotted the opportunity for a best selling book on Amazon.
Carl Jung once said "Who looks outside dreams. Who looks inside wakes".
The Void is timeless, boundless and infinite. Memories are stuck in time, connected to a location and full of uncertain emotions. Start by accepting that all of your life experiences are 3D holograms of either your memories, or your inspirations. The question to ask yourself is "What is going on in me that I have caused this problem? And how can I rectify this problem in me?"
Think about it, when you delete a file from your computer's hard drive, where does it go? Its actually still there - ask any laptop repair company. Or your local crime lab. As are your memories. So you either come from old memories, or new inspiration. Old programs or divine message? So the aim is to get into the Void. Or get to "zero". No memories. No intentions. When you're in the void, everything is available. When you're in the conscious mind, everything is inherently limited by space, time, measurement and dimension. Therefore immediately finite. Your mind is preventing you from feeling the peace that your mind is craving. The voice in your head isn't you. Divinity and inspiration are behind that voice.
As long as you're using affirmations, or intentions, you're resisting, fighting and wishing things away. Instead, give in to inspiration coming in. HUGE learning for me here - Don't go inside WITH something, go inside and LISTEN. Free conscious will can still dismiss or accept the inspiration that comes in, and you can choose to act on it or not. Its free will, or free won't. Memory is thinking, inspiration is allowing. But its not about results. Its about peace. Let go of the worry, be empty, and the solution is downloaded. Otherwise if you get hooked on being stuck, you remain stuck.
Impulse > free will > act or not.
Morrnah Simeona was a Kahuna who died in 1992. She added a more modern twist to the method which was originally called Ho'o Pono Pono. And the newer Joe Vitale method has been heavily criticised from being too far removed from the traditional Hawaiian origins. I've used it ten word mantra personally and tested the method and quite frankly found it to be practically useless. OK it might make you feel like you're doing something helpful, but in terms of actual change in the physical world - zero [pun intended].

Here's what one of these pioneers had to say:
But what you may not know is that back in January I ran a small trial run with only a few select individuals from my private client bank to test it out.
Here's what one of these pioneers had to say:
"My name is Paul and my business is Get Results Fitness. We run a Personal Training business that help people look better, feel better and move better
Before guru I had very little knowledge of how to develop my reputation online. Also I had bits of an online marketing program but needed someone to help me pull it all together.
Guru made things idiot proof and easy to follow.
Guru has helped me create an idea for an online product that will hopefully help me achieve some residual income in the near future.
If you don’t join guru you will likely be overwhelmed not knowing where to start, and weeks and months will pass without you really moving forward. Guru gives you the support and knowledge to get it done."
You can learn all about this innovative NEW programme that turns you into a published author with a platform, presence and residual income streams... in just 90 days!
